SHIPPING

Following order processing, credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within approximately 4 to 7 business days (excluding weekends or holidays). Please note that delays may occur due to customs which are out of our control. Shipping Costs are non-refundable.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard: 4 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Note: For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural areas, remote locations, and restricted countries, please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

TAXES & DUTIES

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of duties and taxes. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please note on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from ANGELA CHAVEZ, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate (Box Office Boss) carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Standard Shipping — Orders placed by 12PM (GMT+8) will be shipped on the same day from Monday to Friday. All orders placed after 12PM (GMT+8) on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on Weekends or Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All orders are subject to availability and credit card authentication.

ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION

Once an order has shipped, we’ll send you an e-mail confirming the order with a TRACKING Number. This tracking number can be used to check the status of the shipment. The tracking number can be used on Back Office Boss’s website, which may take 72 hours to be activated.

 

Tracking

REFUSED OR UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS

If delivery of an order is refused, orders will be returned to the design house. You will receive a refund for the merchandise excluding shipping costs as shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the shipping charges and any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, on both the original and return shipments to ANGELA CHAVEZ. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.

REDIRECTING AN ORDER

We do not redirect any orders once shipments have been dispatched. Please ensure the shipping address you’ve entered is correct when placing your order.

RETURN POLICY & CONDITIONS

We only accept returns locally form the Philippines within 7 days of the shipping date. All international merchandise is final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable. Costs of shipping returns are incurred by the customer and will be deducted from any refund amount. Merchandise must have all original tags attached in original condition (packaging) and must not be washed, worn, or damaged. Merchandise must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. All ANGELA CHAVEZ undergarments such as swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned.

HOW TO REQUEST AND PROCESS A RETURN (Philippines Only)

  1. Make sure the order is within 7 days of the shipping date then email angelachavezny@gmail.com for a Refund Request and it will be reviewed by our ANGELA CHAVEZ Customer Care team within 48 hours and we will contact you via email.
  2. If the return request is approved, ANGELA CHAVEZ customer care team will give you a reference number to be included in the package and a shipping address where to return the order.
  3. Place item(s) you want to return securely back in all original ANGELA CHAVEZ packaging along with the invoice.
  4. Go to the nearest carrier and ship the package to the address that was given and don’t forget to keep your tracking number.
  5. Return of funds will only be processed, after the merchandise has been received and inspected by the ANGELA CHAVEZ Customer Care team.
  6. Once your refund is processed a confirmation email will be sent.

RETURN REFUND & PROCESSING TIME

Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment via ANGELA CHAVEZ with shipping and return costs deducted. All refunds will be processed by ANGELA CHAVEZ Customer care team within 7 business days upon receiving of your return package.

**Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from ANGELA CHAVEZ.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Please contact ANGELA CHAVEZ if you’d like to cancel an order that has not been processed yet.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

CHARGING PAYMENTS

When you place your order, your payment will be submitted for authorization and will only be charged when your order is shipped. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as “ANGELA CHAVEZ”.

You agree to pay the price applicable for the merchandise in your order as of the time you submitted your order (“Merchandise Price”), As well as the delivery fees for the shipping service you selected (“Shipping Fees”). ANGELA CHAVEZ will automatically bill your selected payment method submitted as part of the order process for such amounts that you hereby authorize us to do so.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline or cancel your order (in whole or in part) for any reason. We may require additional verifications of information before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until it is shipped. If we cancel all or a part of your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is either that (a) we will issue a credit to your selected payment method account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion (if your selected payment method has already been charged for the order) or (b) we will not charge your credit card for the cancelled portion of the order.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes or duties. You will be responsible for all taxes and duties when shipment is delivered. It is your responsibility to determine what, if any, taxes apply to the payments you make and to pay for governmental taxes imposed on your purchases, including, but not limited to, sales, use or value-added taxes with respect to each of your purchases. ANGELA CHAVEZ is not responsible for determining whether taxes apply to your transaction or remitting any taxes arising from any transaction. Please note that you may be subject to withholding taxes or other tax liabilities with respect to importing services from a foreign entity. ANGELA CHAVEZ, in its sole discretion, may charge, deduct, impose reserves and/or withhold on any or all of the payments to cover the amount of your liability on any taxes, duties and/or other tax related deductions.

FOREIGN CURRENCIES

Unless otherwise stated, fees are quoted in United States Dollars (“US Dollars”). All transactions conducted by or with ANGELA CHAVEZ, including sale of items shown on the Website, issuance of gift certificates and/or credit for returned merchandise, are made in US Dollars.

Any requests for payment in a currency other than US Dollars will be converted to US Dollars at the exchange rate determined by payment gateway / method selected. Please refer to the user agreement of payment gateway / method for details. By proceeding with your authorization of the payment transaction, you are agreeing to the currency conversion on the basis of the exchange rate determined by payment gateway /method. Acceptance of the exchange rate by you is an irrevocable undertaking to complete the transaction. If for whatever reason, the transaction cannot be completed in connection with currency conversion, ANGELA CHAVEZ will not be liable for any fees or charges payable or for any losses incurred as a result of the currency exchange.

 

The Website allows its users an option to view the price of an item in a currency other than US Dollars, the “Reference Currency.” You may select a Reference Currency from those available on the Site. The prices as shown by the Reference Currency are determined by a currency conversion at rate based on current market conditions. The exchange rate is adjusted regularly and is subject to change without notice. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANGELA CHAVEZ MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT PRICES SHOWN ON THE SITE IN A REFERENCE CURRENCY REPRESENT ACTUAL PRICES PAYABLE. ANGELA CHAVEZ accepts no liability for adverse exchange rate and/or its movements on the quoted prices by the Reference Currency.
